MCC not linked to Indo-Pacific: PM
KATHMANDU - Prime Minister and CPN (Maoist) Chairman KP Sharma Oli has said that the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) will benefit Nepal if it is approved by Parliament.
Speaking at the inauguration of the CPN (M) Central Committee meeting on Wednesday, Oli said that US financial support under the MCC should be accepted. "The MCC is not connected to the Indo-Pacific, it has to be approved by Parliament," he said, adding that it would benefit Nepal, not a deficit.
While criticizing the ruling CPN-M leader, saying some of the provisions of the MCC are against nationalism, Oli reiterated the issue of approval from Parliament. Stating that he had read all the points of the MCC, he urged the party linemen not to be confused.
At Tuesday's House of Representatives, Prime Minister Oli had planned to pass the MCC. Opposition Congress is also in favor of getting the MCC agreement approved by Parliament soon.
'So no sign'
Prime Minister Oli has made it clear that he has no sign. He expressed his dissatisfaction with saying that the topic was publicized four years ago. 'So Holdings has no sign. He said that the propaganda was conveyed by adding three years ago. We do not face the unhealthy competition of business houses. We proceed legally. The government has done nothing wrong.
Oli said the government had done a lot of good work but the propaganda could not be done. At the party meeting, Oliaselkar, who had told the government about the government's long progress, did not get involved in corruption.
Saying that they were ready to face criticism of the leaders and cadres, Oli instructed them to move on the same lines to create a country. Saying, 'We have criticism from our friends, we are ready to hear criticism from both the chairmen. Let's walk to a party, to a rhythm, to a voice. Only then does the country become. '
Oli left the meeting, chaired by Dahal
The Prime Minister and Chairman Oli have left the meeting of the Central Committee shortly after the opening statement, detailing the progress of the government. After the departure of Oli, the meeting will be chaired by Executive Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal.
Party unity is not accidental
Chairman Oli said that unity between the then UML and Maoist center was not accidental. We have been united by suffering through the pains of the middle division. Not just contingent integration. '
Oli claimed that his party achieved extraordinary achievements in the two years after the election.
Oli expressed dissatisfaction with the government's weaknesses but said that the propaganda war was haunted. He said he would respond to the critics by working. According to him, the target is to hold the Central Committee meeting on Magh 19.
