Nepal is also very famous for its food, although it may seem strange to an outsider, it has great nutritional value and these dishes have been enjoyed and passed on for generations. 1) Chatamari
Chatamari is a mixture of pizza and crepe, if one wants to compare it to Western culture. Nevertheless, it is very different in taste. They are made using rice flour and topped with minced meat, vegetables and eggs. As with pizza, there are many options for toppings, such as egg, minced meat, plain, chickpeas topping, etc.
2) Mo Mo

Slowly is like oatmeal. This is very bizarre, no doubt. Some even consider it a national food. It is like a coarse porridge made using cornmeal, millet or buckwheat. It is served with dried green leaves of butter, curried vegetables and pickles, known as Gundruks.
