Mount Everest Base Camp Trekking is specifically designed for trekkers who want to spend a day in the lap of the world's Talsey Mountains. The entire trek is covered for about 14 days for trekkers who have good physical health, general hiking / trekking experience and who can walk for 6-7 hours per day without any hassle. Laying the foundation of our trek, we fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2827 m). The most beautiful and most dangerous flight you will ever have. After landing at Lukla Airport, you will be introduced to our porter (we will only hire guides in Kathmandu) and then start the trek to Faking. The next day, you will go through Dudh Koshi valley to Sherpa Settlement of Namche Bazaar, the official capital of Sherpa. It is a small town in the east part of the Everest region where you can enjoy local yak cheese. In this city, we will stay two nights to give proper motion to our body as many trekkers suffer from high altitude related issues. Then our trail slowly passes through the lovely forest and then Dingboche to Tiangboche. Enroute, you will be rewarded with the views of Everest behind Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama-Dablam, Kangtega and Tawache Peaks. Our second rest day will be at Dingboche, where we can go hiking up to Chungung and then get off for the overnight to Dingboche. Lobuche, passing through several Buddhist monasteries and Sherpa villages, crossing the suspension bridge, you will eventually reach the base camp. You can spend a night in a tent over the dera or proceed on your trek till Gorakshapeep. As you move towards altitude, you will feel the air getting thinner and thinner. The trail now originates from Kalapathar, Ferricke and Fortsey. From Phortse, you will return your footsteps to Namche Bazaar, Faking and finally to Lukla. After spending a night in Lukla, you will fly to Kathmandu the next day.
